It usually happens at low speed with hard turns. ie parking lots. Pressing the traction control button has no effect. Traction control is disabled while the light is solid on. Yes, my fault is pretty much the same, in the intermittent position the wipers can work properly (the wash will also work at this time) but sometimes it will work as single speed wipe or not at all, when this happens the wash does not work either.
